Vailly Aviation Hawker Hurricane
The following pictures are of a Vailly Aviation Hawker Hurricane built for a customer in Louisiana. The Hurry was built from a short kit cut by Lazer Lizard and was a “bare-bones” build only. The bottom of the wings and fuse were left open for the customer to install gear and finish. As shown in the pictures, the fuse was constructed on a jig made from some spruce sticks mounted to a heavy section of 2×10. The fuse stayed on the jig up until the time I cut her loose to finish building the bottom side of the wing fillets.
